I've always been fascinated by how people think.

Early in my career, that curiosity led me to customer support where I helped people navigate confusing products. Over time, I realized the best customer experiences don’t happen after someone gets stuck—they happen when products are designed thoughtfully from the start.

That idea shaped the rest of my career.

I moved from customer support into marketing, design, and eventually content strategy—where I could solve problems before customers encountered them. I worked across agencies, nonprofits, and startups before spending more than five years at Meta.

At Meta, I led global content strategy across FinTech, subscriptions, monetization, and AI products—supporting 250+ launches that reached millions of users worldwide.

I made highly complex products easier to understand—including Novi, NFTs, Meta Verified, Meta AI, Meta Pay, and Meta’s newest premium subscriptions: Instagram Plus, Facebook Plus, WhatsApp Plus, and Meta One.

Today, I’m energized by solving ambiguous problems, collaborating with talented people, and creating intuitive customer experiences that help people accomplish exactly what they’re trying to do.
